Employment and Labor Litigation Associate Mid-Level

Duties: Provide day-to-day advice on employment law compliance issues. Litigate trade secret and employee mobility cases. Defend companies in wrongful termination and discrimination disputes. Conduct workplace investigations, including C-suite level. Perform due diligence in corporate transactions. Negotiate executive employment and separation agreements.

Requirements: 4-6 years of litigation experience. Strong writing and client relations skills. Ability to manage litigation independently. Trial experience preferred but not required. Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications: State bar admission. Skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in drafting and arguing briefs and motions. Experience in taking and defending depositions.
