We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Strategic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and creating meaningful connections with customers and partners. As a Strategic Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence by developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and executing sales strategies that drive measurable results. You will work closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to achieve company goals while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer engagement, networking, and market research Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers Deliver an exceptional customer experience that supports retention and long-term loyalty Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and promotional gatherings Execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve and exceed revenue goals Collaborate with the sales team to develop and improve sales strategies Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities Maintain accurate customer information, sales activity records, and performance reports
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 2+ years of sales experience preferred; motivated candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strong customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve measurable results Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment Passion for sports, competition, and achieving goals is a plus
