Lead AI Safety & Platform PM: Scale Trusted AI

Spring Health is seeking a Lead Product Manager for AI Safety and Platform to drive the roadmaps for AI Trust & Safety and the AI/ML Platform. You will partner with engineering, data science, clinical and legal teams to balance safety with rapid AI development, defining standards and rollout plans for AI features. You will own governance over deployment gates, track platform impact on velocity and quality, and push for safe, scalable AI across Spring Health’s mental health offerings.
