Develop and execute global trademark strategies aligned with business goals Manage domestic and international trademark prosecution, including filings and office action responses Engage in trademark enforcement, including online monitoring, takedowns, and brand protection strategies Handle TTAB proceedings (oppositions, cancellations, and related disputes) Draft and send demand letters and negotiate resolutions when appropriate Manage UDRP proceedings and other domain name disputes Collaborate with attorneys and client teams to deliver efficient, business-focused solutions
