Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through telehealth, utilizing tools such as digital assessment forms and video consultations to understand clients' needs. Develop personalized treatment plans based on client evaluations, aiming for measurable outcomes and appropriate interventions. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).Monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Work collaboratively with a team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to refine intervention plans and manage complex cases. Conduct follow-up communications with other healthcare providers for clients who may be experiencing transitional care or hospitalization. Provide education and support to family members and caregivers, equipping them with tools to address mental health challenges within the home environment. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Ace Allied Psychotherapy Services, you will work with a diverse client base facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Our focus is on providing inclusive care that respects each individual's unique background and personal experiences, ensuring that treatment approaches are culturally sensitive and effective.

Qualifications: A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution. Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania. A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).Preferred Experience A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mental health counseling position, with a proven track record in delivering effective therapeutic interventions. Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, specifically AVATAR or similar platforms, to streamline documentation and patient care management. Familiarity with the guidelines and best practices established by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).In-depth knowledge of pharmacological treatments and their implications for mental health, allowing for comprehensive client care. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with other professionals.

Compensation and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with a sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates.
