CRE Contracts Paralegal Asset Management & Workflow

Healthpeak Properties is seeking a detail-oriented paralegal or contracting professional to support contracting and asset management across its Outpatient Medical and Lab portfolios. This role provides dedicated, high-touch support to a small group of real estate attorneys (typically 1–2), drafting and managing operational documentation, coordinating legal workflows, and supporting asset-level activity across the portfolio.
