Qualifications: New Hampshire License Board Certified Active Florida licensePRACTICE INFORMATION 4 MD/3 CRNA No Call Shift times: 7a-3p Independent Model 86-bed, Level III Trauma Center 5 ORs Cases include general, ENT, endo (2325), GI, GYN, minor cardiac (pacer/cardioversion), Ortho, Podiatry, Urology (excludes kidney transplants), vascular, regional anesthesia- spinal blocks, Healthy Peds, Pediatric for dental and ENT (tubes) 6 months minimum age.
