Golf Cart Attendant Wintergreen Resort Golf Guest Service Attendants are responsible for attending to guests of our golf facilities from arrival through departure and for providing personal attention and overall exemplary service. Duties may include handling of guest's golf equipment and belongings, golf cart staging, care and upkeep; practice ball distribution, collection, and cleaning.

Primary Responsibilities:

Greet members and guests at bag drop warmly
Be available to assist members and guests at all times
Ensure bag room and cart areas remain clean at all times
Clean and prepare golf carts for use (i.e. stock towels, tees, pencils, scorecards, etc.)Report any cart problems to mechanics and Professional Staff in a timely manner
Ensure driving range is neatly set-up and stocked with range balls
Maintain driving range and equipment
Complete tasks in every phase of outside operations contributing to the success of the Wintergreen Golf Program

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Have previous golf industry, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred)
Be hospitality and customer service oriented, well-groomed, dependable, and responsible
Have good verbal communication skills to provide a welcoming environment and quality experience for all members and guests.

License and Certification: Requirement(s):Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license. Physical Demands and Working Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit/stand/walk for lengthy periods of time.
The employee is regularly required to lift/move up to 20 lbs. unassisted
