Data Entry Clerk

Responsibilities: Enter and verify customer and administrative data accurately Maintain records and handle document processing with laser printing Utilize Microsoft Excel and proprietary systems for data entry tasks Correct errors and ensure data accuracy Manage time effectively to meet project-based deadlines Communicate efficiently via phone as needed Support multiple departments as part of the data management team Prepare bills of Lading Coordinate with shipping carriers Prepare accurate customer invoices using company software Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of experience in data entry High school diploma or equivalent Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data entry platforms Strong attention to detail Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates good communication Experience with purchase order management, clerical, or administrative tasks Familiar with shipping regulations \nCompany
