Optimize Medication Therapy: Evaluate medication selection, dosing, interactions, and monitoring to help achieve the best possible patient outcomes. Be a Clinical Resource: Partner with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to guide medication decisions and resolve complex drug therapy challenges. Protect Patient Safety: Identify, prevent, and resolve medication-related problems, helping reduce medication errors and improve the quality of care. Personalize Patient Care: Apply pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic principles to develop and adjust medication regimens based on individual patient needs. Ensure Safe Medication Practices: Oversee medication verification, preparation, compounding, and dispensing, including sterile products and IV admixtures. Strengthen Medication Safety: Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medication safety reviews, and process improvements that support safer care. Support Pharmacy Excellence: Promote regulatory compliance, medication stewardship, inventory management, and efficient medication distribution. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree (B.S) in a five-year pharmaceutical program or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) from an accredited college of pharmacy Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and point-of-sale technologies Strong clinical knowledge and counseling skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Join a team committed to compassionate care, collaboration, and improving the health of our community.
