You'll oversee project execution from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and a positive client experience.
Core Responsibilities: Direct large-scale regional operations for landmark projects, providing consistent leadership while navigating local labor markets and regulatory environments. Lead the site-based Project Management and Superintendent teams to ensure project milestones are achieved ahead of schedule. Implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs to maintain the highest standards of construction excellence. Manage complex contract negotiations and change order processes for multi-million dollar scopes of work. Provide strategic oversight for project logistics, including temporary facilities and nationwide vendor coordination.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $190,000 to $245,000 per year, plus a comprehensive per diem package.

Demonstrated history of maintaining Zero-Injury cultures on large, high-risk job sites. Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software and construction financial management systems.
