Providing project financial support, the full-time Project Finance Analyst I will manage project budgets, billing schedules, and revenue schedules while ensuring accurate financial monitoring and maximizing project profitability in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities: Load and reconcile project budgets, billing schedules, and revenue schedules in financial management systems Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and project performance reviews Act as a central contact for project communications and collaborate with project management to ensure accurate financial projections
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 1 year of related experience Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with Workday ERP is preferred Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write advanced reports
