North America Sales Manager

Overview: Our client, an established global technology company providing advanced solutions for public safety and intelligent transportation, is seeking a North America Sales Manager to drive growth across the U.S. and broader North American market. This is a senior-level individual contributor role combining new business development and strategic account management. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing new public-sector opportunities while growing and managing key customer and partner relationships throughout the region. The ideal candidate has a strong track record selling technology, infrastructure, or related solutions into government agencies, municipalities, transportation authorities, or other public-sector organizations. Experience with traffic safety, automated traffic enforcement, Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), or public safety technology is highly preferred. Proven B2B/B2G sales experience selling into the public sector Demonstrated success in both new business development and account management Experience selling complex technology, infrastructure, or integrated solutions Strong understanding of government/public-sector procurement and sales processes Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders Experience developing relationships with government agencies, municipalities, transportation authorities, or similar organizations Strong track record of developing new territories, accounts, or revenue opportunities Experience negotiating and closing high-value contracts Ability to develop and maintain senior-level customer relationships Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills Ability to operate independently in a fully remote individual contributor role Willingness to travel throughout North America as needed
