Advocacy & Civic Engagement Lead

The Fairness Project seeks an Advocacy Manager to develop and lead campaigns, voter engagement, and coalition-building across local, state, and national levels. The role focuses on mobilizing AAPI communities, governing partnerships, and advancing civil rights through issue advocacy and electoral engagement. Responsibilities include coordinating multi-state campaigns, directing volunteers, and collaborating with policy, programs, and communications teams to drive strategic outcomes.
