Position Summary:
Role Focus. This is a hunter role. Its sole purpose is to source and close net-new Embedded Financing deals. Success is measured in signed Embedded Financing contracts We are seeking a driven, new-business Enterprise Account Executive to own the top of the funnel for Embedded Financing. This is a consultative, C-level sale to sophisticated buyers — group executives, operators, and their capital partners — that reframes financing from a cost center to a profit center. The Executive builds a self-sourced pipeline, develops distribution channel partners, and works closely with LendingUSA Marketing to generate and convert demand into signed contracts.
Key Responsibilities
New-Business Development (primary):
Source and self-generate a pipeline of net-new Embedded Financing opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel partners.
Own the full sales cycle end to end; prospecting, qualifying, consultative discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close to achieve individual signed-contract targets.
Identify and prioritize high-potential merchant verticals and platforms, consolidators, multi-site operators, and PE-backed groups.
Lead consultative, C-level conversations that reframe financing from a cost center to a profit center and quantify the upside for each prospect's business.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to qualify deals and tailor financing structures to each group's requirements.
Introduce new products and customize the sales playbook to meet company objectives.
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and trade shows to generate new opportunities.
Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM and provide regular forecasts and insights to the Director of Sales.
Key Relationships & Partnerships:
Develop and expand distribution channel partnerships - affiliate relationships and multi-lender platforms to drive net-new deal flow.
Partner closely with LendingUSA Marketing to shape targeted campaigns, sales collateral, and demand generation that feed the pipeline.
Coordinate with Risk and Compliance so that all sales activity adheres to company policy and applicable law.
Hand off signed deals cleanly to internal onboarding and implementation teams without owning ongoing account management or servicing.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of, and relationships with, merchants in relevant sectors for point-of-sale financing.
Familiarity with lending processes, credit risk, loan servicing, and compliance standards.
Proven ability to build and maintain C-level relationships.
Essential Functions and Physical Requirements:
This is a remote, full-time position performed primarily at a computer workstation. The essential functions of this role include:
Communicating clearly and persuasively with prospects, partners, and internal teams by phone, video conference, email, and in person.
Operating a computer and standard office software for extended periods, including CRM data entry and preparation of proposals and presentations.
Reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial and performance data.
Traveling by air and ground to client sites, conferences, and trade shows, including overnight travel.
Remaining in a stationary position for extended periods and occasionally lifting and carrying materials or equipment weighing up to 25 pounds in connection with events and travel.
What We Offer:
Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
Opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly growing company.
Ongoing training and professional development.
A supportive, collaborative work environment.
