ERP Implementation Project Lead - Hybrid, NJ (Change Mgmt)

New Jersey Department of Education seeks a Senior Business Project Manager (ERP Implementation) to lead the statewide transition from NJCFS to Oracle Fusion NJHIVE. This hybrid role requires coordinating NJDOE leadership, OIT, OMB, vendors, and the NJHIVE team from Trenton. The consultant will audit, document, and prepare internal processes, interfaces, and reporting to ensure a smooth cutover and post-go-live stabilization during the first fiscal year. They will not configure the software.
