Master Welder

We are seeking elite welders to join our 1st and 2nd Shift Fabrication Department. Our 2nd shift manual welders earn a $5 per hour shift premium and a production incentive bonus in addition to their base hourly rate. Fabrication welders are stationed at a booth where you will be welding custom parts. Because many of these welds are visible on the finished product, we are looking for experienced welders who take pride in their craftmanship and can consistently produce clean, high-quality welds. You would be responsible for setting up the weld machine while maintaining a safe and clean welding environment. Candidates must possess a positive attitude, excel in a team-oriented environment, and maintain high safety standards. Candidates must also be able to communicate effectively with teammates.
