Payroll Manager

Responsibilities: Manage payroll, timekeeping, and time-off systems. Process payroll, taxes, benefits, garnishments, deductions, direct deposits, and paychecks accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records and employee data and prepare payroll reports, W-2s, and required tax filings. Reconcile payroll and benefits accounts and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, ERISA, ACA, and other applicable regulations. Handle payroll-related questions and work with HR, Finance, auditors, vendors, and benefit providers. Support new-hire onboarding, employee status changes, compensation updates, tuition reimbursement, and interim pay. Assist with 401(k), benefits, and payroll-related projects. Troubleshoot payroll and system issues and maintain accurate payroll processes. Stay current on payroll regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.8+ years of payroll or accounting experience. Experience with payroll software and Microsoft Office. ADP and Business Central experience preferred. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple deadlines.
