Illinois Licensed Senior Counsel

Key responsibilities: Act as the lead legal representative for enterprise AI, product development, and marketing initiatives, shaping company strategy Provide strategic legal advice and business counsel on commercial, operational, and legal issues, ensuring timely and accurate responses Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to enhance processes and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required qualifications: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing Six or more years of relevant experience in-house or at a law firm, particularly in technology law and AI-related issues Deep knowledge of the AI regulatory landscape, including emerging U.S. and international frameworks Experience with software development, licensing issues, and familiarity with technology transactions Strong organizational skills and proficiency with legal technology tools, Microsoft O365, and Salesforce
