Position Overview: We are seeking talented and motivated licensed hair stylists for two flexible opportunities: Chair Rental (Independent Contractor): Ideal for experienced stylists with an existing clientele who want to run their own business. Commission-Based Employment: Perfect for newer stylists looking to build and grow their client base with support.

Responsibilities: Provide professional hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation Manage client appointments and payments (independent contractors)Deliver excellent customer service and client experience Follow all salon policies and health/safety regulations Supply your own tools, color products, and styling materials

Requirements: Valid Massachusetts Cosmetology or Barber License Strong customer service and communication skills Self-motivated with a professional attitude Ability to manage and grow a client base (for renters)Passion for hair trends, education, and ongoing skill development Chair Rental Details Rental Fee: $200/week (may vary based on space usage)Deposit: One month required Includes: Station, utilities, Wi-Fi, backbar, and towels Status: Independent contractor (responsible for own taxes and insurance)*Commission and/or hourly can be discussed!
