Vista Job Cost Consultant

Key Responsibilities: Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders to document current Vista usage and identify process gaps Reconfigure Vista's Job Cost, Job Billing, and Project Management modules to support job-based workflows Train a limited internal user group on the redesigned Vista job cost workflows and provide ongoing technical supportRequired QualificationsStrong hands-on expertise with Vista by Viewpoint, particularly in Job Cost, Job Billing, and Project Management modules Experience configuring job cost/project accounting structures for large, complex capital projects Familiarity with work breakdown structures, contract and billing setup, and estimates-to-complete reporting Ability to work independently in a T&M advisory model, recommending pragmatic next steps Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training end users
