Overview: Our client, a leader in the customer experience services industry, is seeking a Director of Client Services to lead their Client Services team. This executive role is responsible for ensuring top-tier service delivery, exceptional client satisfaction, and strong team performance. You'll mentor a small but highly tenured team of Client Service Managers (3), streamline and elevate internal processes, drive revenue growth, and lead innovation efforts—especially through the integration of AI and emerging technologies. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on servant leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and dive into the details. You'll directly manage and nurture relationships with high-profile Fortune 1000 clients, ensuring they feel prioritized, supported, and valued.
