The role demands a professional with a JD from a U.S. accredited law school, 7-15 years of legal experience, and a proven track record in corporate governance, IPO readiness, financings, M&A, and international structures. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal issues relevant to high-growth, private, and venture-backed companies, and a willingness to learn and adapt to the evolving needs of the business. As the lead corporate lawyer, you will be responsible for driving the legal roadmap for IPO readiness, preparing and executing financings, and leading M&A legal work. The role also involves partnering with finance and people teams on employee equity matters and designing legal and business processes for global expansion.
