Supporting complex commercial litigation matters, the remote full-time Texas or Illinois Licensed Staff Attorney will conduct document reviews, apply coding guidelines, and assist with trial preparation while working with leading e-discovery platforms.

Key responsibilities: Conduct first- and second-level review of ESI for responsiveness, relevance, and privilege Identify key facts, themes, and timelines relevant to case strategy Support deposition, motion, and trial preparation through targeted document analysis

Required qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing (Texas preferred; Illinois also considered) Experience with complex commercial litigation Strong familiarity with e-discovery platforms and review workflows
