Work Environment: This position is based onsite as part of our home care facility, allowing for optimal patient interaction and hands-on treatment. You will work primarily Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM within a supportive team of healthcare professionals who collaborate to maximize patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations by reviewing medical histories, performing physical assessments, and discussing treatment goals with patients. Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, ensuring the alignment of therapy with each patient's unique needs and objectives. Implement treatment protocols effectively, demonstrating mastery of various therapy techniques and modifications based on real-time patient feedback. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records that reflect changes in their condition, plan amendments, and any required consultations with other medical professionals. Engage with patients and caregivers through open communication, educating them on treatment processes, home care tips, and self-management strategies. Prepare patients for discharge, ensuring comprehensive follow-up plans are in place that outline next steps for continued recovery and wellness. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with fellow healthcare providers to optimize holistic treatment approaches and share best practices. Adhere to all corporate and clinical training requirements while complying with state and federal regulations relevant to physical therapy practice. Patient Population / Client FocusAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Restore Pro Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with diverse orthopedic patients, helping them recover from injuries and surgeries affecting the musculoskeletal system. Our client population includes post-operative patients, individuals with chronic pain, athletes, and older adults. You will utilize a personalized approach, guided by each patient's specific condition and progress, to deliver optimal care outcomes.

Qualifications: A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Active physical therapy license in the state of Virginia or eligibility to obtain one. Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association or equivalent.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting, preferably focused in orthopedic care, is required. Candidates who have worked in outpatient facilities will be highly regarded. Experience with the latest rehabilitation theories and techniques will also enrich your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
