We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and help restore mobility, improve strength and balance, and reduce fall risk for our senior patient population in the San Fernando Valley area.

Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatment sessions to residents across assigned ALF/senior living facilities, per the plan of care established by the supervising Physical Therapist
Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and rehabilitation activities
Document all visits accurately and in compliance with billing/coding requirements
Communicate patient progress and any concerns to the supervising PTCoordinate with facility staff and care team on shared patients
Travel between facilities within the San Fernando Valley area on a structured schedule
