Title: Sr Scrum Master with Risk/banking Experience
Location: Whippany NJ (Hybrid - 3 Days/Week).
Description:
  • 10+ years of Sr Scrum Master
  • Support 2 Scrum Teams in parallel, facilitating Agile ceremonies and driving effective Sprint execution.
  • Support SAFe PI Planning and PI Execution, including readiness, capacity, risks, dependencies, and PI objectives.
  • Proactively identify risks, impediments, and delivery concerns early, driving mitigation and timely escalations.
  • Maintain and enforce excellent Jira hygiene, ensuring accurate backlog, status, estimates, dependencies, releases/Fix Versions, and delivery tracking.
  • Manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies in alignment with established ART processes.
  • Partner closely with Product Owners, RTE, Engineering Leads, and Business stakeholders to improve delivery predictability and transparency.
  • Drive continuous improvement, accountability, and disciplined Agile practices within the teams. Hybrid Mode with minimum 3 days at Onsite/office.
Required:
  • Experience 10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3–4+ years as a Scrum MasterProven experience supporting multiple Scrum Teams simultaneously
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAFe, PI Planning, PI Execution, Scrum, and Jira
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and dependency management skills. xhyhwjd Proactive, diligent, and delivery-focused, with strong attention to detail.
