We are seeking a hands-on and strategic Senior Manager of IT & Business Systems to serveas a key operational partner to leadership and drive enterprise systems and processexcellence across the company. This role sits at the intersection of technology, finance, operations, sales, and businesstransformation. The individual will own and optimize the company's ERP ecosystem, leadcross-functional initiatives, and help scale the organization through thoughtful processimprovements and technology investments. This individual will partner closely with leadership and serve as a trustedextension of the team to drive operational effectiveness and support strategic initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities: (Essential Functions)IT Vendor Management
  • Manage relationships with outsourced IT providers and strategic technology partners.
  • Coordinate issue resolution and ensure service quality.
  • Partner with ERP consultants and subject matter experts to maintain continuity andinstitutional knowledge. Enterprise Systems Ownership
  • Serve as the business owner for Sage X3 and related enterprise applications.
  • Drive ERP enhancements, integration, reporting, and process improvements acrossdepartments.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and business continuity.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to maximize the effectivenessof business systems.
  • Develop reporting and analytics capabilities leveraging SQL and related tools. Cross-Functional Process Improvement
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR leaders to streamline processes andimprove organizational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and enhance business operations.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable systems and process solutions. Technology Strategy & Business Transformation
  • Lead evaluations and implementations of future business applications and integrations.
  • Support initiatives involving expense management, CRM, HRIS, reporting, and financialplanning systems.
  • Assess opportunities to optimize platforms including Concur, Salesforce, TriNet, andfuture finance and planning tools. Leadership Partnership
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and operational partner to senior leadership.
  • Explain technical concepts in business-friendly language to stakeholders across theorganization.
  • Provide recommendations that align technology investments with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, growing environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, or relateddiscipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in business systems, ERP, operations, consulting, orrelated functions.
  • Significant hands-on expertise with Sage X3, including administration, support, processimprovements, and integrations.
  • Strong SQL proficiency with the ability to create reports, analyze data, and supportbusiness decision-making.
  • Experience leading ERP enhancements, implementations, or business processimprovement initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of finance, accounting, operations, and sales processes.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors and outsourced IT providers.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences andtranslate complex topics into practical business solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, life sciences, or other operationally intensiveenvironments.
  • Experience with Sage X3, Salesforce, Concur, TriNet, and financial planning orreporting systems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise application evaluations and system migrations. xhmxlyz
