Remote Principal, Corporate Actuarial & Capital Modeling

Root is seeking a technically strong, hands-on Principal for Corporate Actuarial to lead capital modeling, ERM, reinsurance, and reserving efforts across the organization. The ideal candidate is an ACAS or FCAS with 6+ years of P&C actuarial experience and strong programming skills in R, Python, SQL, and GenAI. Remote work across the United States is supported, with headquarters in Columbus, Ohio.
