CNC Router Operator

Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC router machines used in vinyl fence production Read and interpret work orders, measurements, and production specifications Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Perform machine adjustments and basic troubleshooting as needed Assist with routine machine maintenance and upkeep Support production, assembly, and warehouse operations when needed Use measuring tools and maintain accurate production records Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications: Previous CNC Router Operator or CNC Machine Operator experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read tape measures and work with precise measurements Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, woodworking, plastics, or similar industries is a plus Comfortable working with power tools and production equipment Ability to lift and move materials as required Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Team player willing to assist in multiple areas of the operation
