What You’ll Do: Speak with prospective clients who are looking for health insurance Identify each client’s individual or family coverage needs Explain available health insurance options clearly and professionally Enroll qualified clients into appropriate coverage Follow up with leads and existing clients Develop your sales skills and product knowledge through ongoing training Who We’re Looking For: You do not need years of insurance experience to succeed here. We are looking for people who are coachable, competitive, motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and willing to put in the work required to build a successful sales career. A health insurance license is required before selling. If you are not currently licensed, we will guide you through the licensing process and help you find the most affordable path to becoming licensed. More Than Just a Sales Position Our leadership team started exactly where new agents start — selling policies and building a book of business one client at a time. There isno guaranteed income or earnings levelin a commission-based position. Results vary based on individual performance, effort, sales ability, and other factors. However, there is no traditional salary cap limiting what successful agents can earn.
