Compensation: $110,000–$150,000 + bonus/commission

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a women's ready-to-wear boutique in NYC. This role is ideal for a polished, commercially driven retail leader with strong luxury or contemporary fashion experience and a passion for clienteling, team development, and driving store performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily store operations and drive sales performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and elevate the overall customer experience
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Drive clienteling, outreach, and repeat business
  • Analyze sales performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
  • Oversee visual merchandising, inventory, and operational standards
  • Partner with corporate leadership on store initiatives and business growth
  • Create a strong, elevated store culture aligned with the brand
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of retail experience, including management experience
  • Women's ready-to-wear, luxury, or contemporary fashion background preferred
  • Strong sales and clienteling skills with a proven track record of driving results
  • Experience leading and developing a team
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of NYC's fashion and retail market
  • Polished, professional, and highly customer-focused
