Engineering Recruiting Manager: Lead Talent for Hardware

Divergent is seeking a Recruiting Manager, Engineering to lead and develop the recruiting team responsible for hiring exceptional engineering and technical talent across the organization. This hands-on, player-coach role combines people leadership with full-cycle recruiting. You will own a portfolio of engineering requisitions, source candidates, screen, interview, and close hires, in a fast-paced hardware, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, robotics, or deep-tech environment.
