Automotive Hardware Lab Technician

Requirements: 5+ years of experience in automotive hardware testing or lab technician roles. Experience with assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware prototypes. Strong soldering and PCBA inspection and rework experience. Hands-on experience with Oscilloscopes, Digital Multimeters (DMM), Microscopes/Video Scopes, and soldering equipment. Ability to read electrical schematics. Experience with PCB bring-up, debugging, and rework documentation. Knowledge of IPC-A-610. Experience working in an ESD-safe environment. Familiarity with ISO 16949/IATF 16949 processes.

Education: Associate Degree (AA) or equivalent experience. 6+ years of related automotive industry experience.
