Safety Manager - Construction

An extremely well regarded and award winning AEC firm in Chicagoland is looking for an experienced Safety Manager to oversee their construction projects and overall safety for the company. You will develop, implement, and lead safety initiatives that comply with all local, state, and federal regulations while fostering a proactive culture of risk prevention and accountability. Will be responsible for the oversight of the following areas: Policy Development Leadership (driving accountability throughout the organization) Progam Management Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Field Oversight Team Education Incident Management Stakeholder Coordination Excellent employee driven culture with strong work/life balance! Looking for 5+ years of Safety experience in a construction setting, commercial preferred. Certification in OSHA 30 hour required.
