What You'll Do:
- Manage large commercial HVAC/mechanical projects from start to finish
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and financial projections
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
- Review bids, scopes, subcontracts, purchase orders, drawings, and submittals
- Monitor project costs, manpower, schedules, and overall performance
- Prepare and negotiate change orders
- Resolve issues with vendors, subcontractors, GCs, and clients
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Support project closeout and documentation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects
- Strong background in HVAC, mechanical systems, or mechanical construction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam
- Navisworks and/or CMiC experience is a plus
