Schedule Details: Days + On call; Office is open Monday - Friday, 8-5pm. Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Flexible; Team offers flexible schedule to meet Physician needs. No weekends or holidays. Procedures: Comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns Patient Population/Case Load: AdultsCase Mix: Outpatient department, adults including diagnosis of medical problems, chronic disease, and comprehensive care for adult patients with multiple medical concerns Licensing and Privileging: License: An active Michigan state license is required.
