Key responsibilities:
Support and manage the triage and escalation process for product risks that are novel, ambiguous, or policy-challenging
Coordinate across Legal, Policy, Data Strategy, Engineering, and Product to ensure high-risk reviews are addressed effectively
Facilitate decision-making through risk-based frameworks that balance product velocity and compliance
Required qualifications:
8+ years of experience in program management, product operations, trust & safety, privacy, compliance, or a related field
Demonstrated ability to manage time-sensitive, high-ambiguity projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience assessing and triaging novel or ambiguous product risks without established policies
Strong communication and cross-functional alignment skills, particularly in navigating sensitive tradeoffs
Familiarity with data flows, technical systems, and product risk mitigations
