Job Overview:
A law firm seeks a Real Estate Transactional Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including lending and joint venture financing, with a focus on tax credit transactions.
Duties:
Draft senior, real estate secured loan documents and joint venture agreements.
Review title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys.
Oversee paralegal title and survey review.
Represent lenders, investors, and syndicators in tax credit real estate financings.
Requirements:
Licensed to practice law in California.
Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.
Experience with tax credit transactions preferred.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications:
Bar admission in California.
Skills Proficiency in drafting legal documents. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
