Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of preconstruction for large, complex commercial projects. Develop detailed conceptual and hard cost value engineering and constructability reviews. Manage bid packages, subcontractor outreach, and pricing budgets and schedules to clients and internal teams. Mentor and support junior estimating and preconstruction staff.
