Mortgage Sales Director We are looking for a Mortgage Sales Director to lead a team of mortgage sales professionals, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and improving overall sales results while ensuring full compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Location Southfield, MI (In-Office) Position Type Full-Time

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage sales (Loan Officer or sales leadership background preferred) Demonstrated success leading and developing sales teams in a high-energy environment Excellent communication, leadership, and team‑motivation abilities Strong knowledge of mortgage workflows and loan programs (FHA, VA, Conventional, etc.)

Train, mentor, and drive sales performance while maintaining strict compliance with company and regulatory standards Lead and develop the mortgage banking team to consistently achieve or surpass production targets Monitor and manage the loan pipeline from application through closing Collaborate with operations, processing, and underwriting teams to streamline workflows and boost efficiency Deploy training programs, coaching initiatives, and performance management systems to strengthen team output
