Other Responsibilities Include:
- Managing all communications with insurance carriers and clients regarding mitigation
- Accurately tracking payroll of our employees and contracted workers
- Following established safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for the employees
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with agents and adjustors
- Training and guiding the mitigation technician team members through the mitigation process
- Monitoring guidelines and profitability of specific insurance programs.
- Creating accurate scopes of work and creating profitable estimates based on this scope of work
- Evaluating team member performance
- Completing necessary paperwork to record all job notes and utilizing proprietary software
- Any other duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications:
- Either Associates Degree or equivalent 2-3 years of experience in emergency mitigation services required· IICRC certification in Water (WRT), Advanced Structural Drying (ASD) and Carpet Cleaning (CCT) preferred· Xactimate experience preferred· Excellent computer skills, including but not limited to: MS-Excel, Word, and Outlook· Willingness to work on-call rotation to handle water losses· Ability to understand and comply with all policies and procedures., attendance, conduct and so forth as documented in the Employee Handbook.
