We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals who are comfortable with hand and power tools and machine is a global leader in the design & manufacture of engines, power systems, & components. As an Elwood associate working at Cummins, you'll earn 4 days of PAID time off and DOUBLE TIME after 48 hours in a week. Cummins SEP Production Associate Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 19.00 to $ 19.50 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available Must be open to working 2nd or 3rd shift. Operating & monitoring various machinery & equipment on the production line. Performing detailed assembly tasks with accuracy & efficiency. Inspecting products to ensure they meet stringent quality standards. Adhering to production schedules & contributing to timely output. Maintaining a clean, safe, & organized work environment in compliance with all safety protocols. Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals & continuous improvement. Cummins SEP Production Associate Qualifications: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for extended periods, & lift as required in a manufacturing setting. Strong attention to detail & a commitment to producing high-quality work. Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment. Reliability adherence to attendance policies.
