- Strong hands-on experience with Safety PLC systems and programming
- Proven experience in safety circuit design, review, and validation
- Experience conducting safety audits and compliance assessments
- Functional Safety Certification (e.g., TÜV Functional Safety Engineer / FSE)
- Strong understanding of:o ISO 13849-1o ANSI B11o OSHA standards
Education Requirements:
- Technical associate’s degree or higher in Engineering or related field
- Functional Safety certification (FSE / TÜV) is required.
Nice to Have:
(Preferred Skills):Experience with risk assessment tools
Knowledge of FMEA / FMEDA methodologies
Hands-on experience with Safety PLC platforms such as:
- Allen-Bradley Guard LogixOmron Sysmac Safety
- Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7 (Safety)
- Keyence GC Configurator
- Toyopuc PCWin Safe
