ServiceNow Principal Engagement Manager

Overview: We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Principal Engagement/Project Manager to lead, plan and deliver ServiceNow projects. Working across different industries but with particular focus on leading large-scale strategic accounts within Technology, Media, &/OR Telecommunications. What will you be doing:

• Lead multiple large-scale ServiceNow projects with clients, including end-to-end implementations, updates, custom solutions etc
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders internally, and externally with clients
• Monitor the project schedule, backlog, risks/issues, budgets/finance and progress
• Implement Agile project management methodologies and Waterfall methodologies
• Lead projects across multiple modules but within a particular focus within Technology, Media, &/OR Telecommunications

Experience: 10+ years of experience, leading and delivering end-to-end Projects within timeframes & budgets Strong understanding of the ServiceNow best practices and ongoing knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features Experience managing multiple projects at one time in a fast-paced environment Experience with leading projects i Technology, Media, &/OR Telecommunications.
