Bindery Technician: Hands-On Training, Overtime & Growth

Sheridan Ohio is hiring a Manufacturing Technician-Bindery for the day shift (7a–7p) on a full-time basis. The role trains you to operate high-speed bindery equipment, work on a fast-paced production floor, and contribute to producing books and catalogs with attention to quality. No bindery experience is required; training will be provided. You’ll join a team focused on reliability, safety, and meeting daily goals with overtime opportunities and full-time benefits after 30 days.
