Jobot is seeking a Corporate Attorney for a well-established midsize law firm on Long Island, based in Uniondale with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). This permanent role offers sophisticated corporate work without the BigLaw structure and direct access to senior partners. The ideal candidate has transactional expertise (M&A, financings, securities, private equity or general corporate matters), strong drafting and negotiation skills, and excellent academic credentials along with
