Business Development Manager - IT Staffing

Responsibilities: Business Development & Prospecting – Generate new business through cold calling, lead research, prospecting, and outbound phone/email outreach. Client Relationship Management – Schedule meetings, conduct planned client calls, and communicate ektello's staffing capabilities to build lasting partnerships. Strategic Business Development – Create and execute sales strategies for targeted accounts to identify opportunities and build client relationships. Staffing Industry Expertise – Leverage 3–5 years of IT staffing experience (contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire) to understand client needs and deliver talent solutions.
