Fiber Line Operator Details: Temp-to-Hire position$ 14.25 / hour Full Time work available Weekend work required Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 07:00pm to 07:00am)Run and monitor fiber manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Perform quality checks and process testing to ensure products meet minor production issues and make adjustments to keep operations running smoothly. Package and label finished products while maintaining accurate production records. Work closely with team members to meet production goals and support daily forklifts and other industrial equipment safely and effectively. Assist with training new team members and promoting a strong safety culture. Maintain housekeeping standards and follow all company safety procedures.

Fiber Line Operator Qualifications: Previous experience as a Fiber Line Operator or in a manufacturing/production environment preferred. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to monitor processes and maintain product quality. Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and perform essential job duties with or without reasonable may be subject to a background check Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
