Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can coordinate subcontractors, communicate effectively with project stakeholders, and maintain a productive, safe job site.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily on-site construction operations from groundbreaking through project completion.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and project schedules.
Maintain OSHA safety standards and promote a strong safety culture.
Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews.
Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule impacts.
Coordinate inspections with local authorities and ensure code compliance.
Maintain accurate daily reports, project documentation, and job logs.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients.
Resolve field issues efficiently while minimizing project delays.
Ensure materials, equipment, and labor resources are properly coordinated.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
Experience managing commercial construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation.
